The Winters Carnitas Festival is back this Saturday. Local restaurants compete in a cook-off, where each one brings its own regional twist on carnitas. Dance the night away with mariachi music, followed by a band visiting all the way from Oaxaca. It starts at 4pm, and it’s free to attend!
