Sacramento Bike Party, Sacramento Bicycle Kitchen and Sacramento Area Bicycle Advocates join the Belle Cooledge Library to present a free bike safety and maintenance event. Bike Crafts like reflectors and jewelry made from bike parts and activities will be also offered.
