Live Music and Swing Dancing w/The Death and Taxes Swing Band

Making their debut on the Midtown Stomp is the Death and Taxes Swing Band! These cats have been delighting dancers in the Bay Area for years and we are excited to have them play for us! Never been dancing before? Do you have two left feet? Do you think you lack rhythm? That is no problem at all for us. At 8:00 pm, we will teach you the steps you need to know to have a good time. It is even included in the cost of admission. No partner? Do not worry! Our classes are social and rotate partners and you will meet a ton of cool, new people. Schedule: 8:00 pm Drop-in Beginning 6-Count Swing (included with paid admission), 8:00 pm Technique, 7:00 pm Lindy Hop 1: Intro to Lindy Hop, 7:00 pm Balboa for Everyone. 9:00 pm Dancing to the live music.
