Senior Food Editor Benjy Egel took a trip to Carmichael’s newest burger joint. Gami Burger, a new restaurant from the guys behind Origami Asian Grill, is bringing back classic roadside stand vibes. Benjy tries a bite and chats with co-owner Scott Ostrander. Ostrander emphasized what makes Gami different, “You can build that burger any way you want.”

Gami Burger opened at 5050 Arden Way in June.
